This is an Extra Extra EXTRA Large Ruby in Zoisite Crystal Skull.I haven't had this size available for quite some time and was thrilled to get some this year! Definitely a collector's skull! A high quality piece. The stone is a mixture of green, black, white, and a sort of magenta color (the Ruby)! It has subtle shimmery areas throughout and looks extra fabulous in bright light. Subtle organic inclusions can be felt as you run your fingers over the stone. These areas are natural, not defects, and were incorporated into the finished product by the carver for a more organic feel. Ruby crystals can (and in this case, did!) grow in a matrix of Zoisite.
