This is a Rose Quartz crystal skull pendant. I have several of them, as the photos show! They are all just slightly different, but all are very nice. They measure about 3/4" high by 7/8" long. The normal retail price of this skull is at least $25.00. The bale is Sterling Silver. The detailing is EXCELLENT!
